This is a real customer review. I called this company on Saturday at 10pm to fix our garage door and made appointment for the next day. It broke a spring a while ago and we were still able to used it, but the carrier teeth finally grounded out and it would no longer hold the door and crash down. The repair team (2 people) came next day at 11:20am despite they told me they will come between 10-11am. These guys must have been a contract job because they looked like some kids in a beat up Ford Bronco. No uniform, no references, no logo on the truck. They quoted me $700 to replace both springs and the carrier. It seemed rather high, as I researched on the internet that spring replacemend costs appx. $120-150 each including labor. But this being an emergency call on Sunday, I pleaded to give us a better deal. I was worried that I was being swindled by some shady home based operation. They gave me a run around, so I was ready to tell them I will pay the $45 service call fee and let them go. Now they told me they can do it for less but asked me how much I can afford. I said I don't want to play games and I was ready to ask them to leave. Only then they told me the rock bottom price of $580 cash only, take it or leave it. We shook hands and they did complete the job quickly and now everything works smoothly. I got the receipt with 1 year warranty. Overall a happy ending, although I think I still paid too much.
